OVERVIEW This website is operated by The Lantern Man Collective Pty Ltd ("The Lantern Man", “we”, “us” and “our”). The Lantern Man offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Handling & Dispatch Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. This is the final price to the customer.

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–7 days.
  • International shipments are generally in transit for 4–22 days (varies by courier).
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes via postal services only. Military addresses are shipped via USPS where available.
  • Change of delivery address is possible before dispatch.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will refund the out-of-stock item and dispatch the remainder of the order.

Returns We have a 14-day return policy for change of mind. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resaleable condition with all tags and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, marking, or customer damage will not be accepted.
  • All return decisions are at the sole discretion of The Lantern Man Collective.

Damages and Issues If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. We require a completed Returns Assessment Form with photos and an Australia Post damage report reference number before issuing a return label. Please allow up to 14 business days for assessment after receipt.

Refunds Refunds (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Exceptions Perishable goods, custom/personalised items, personal care products, sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials and flammable items are non-returnable.

Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit Parcels are insured up to the courier’s stated value. Contact us immediately if damaged. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.

Duties & Taxes Sales tax is included in the displayed price. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. If refused, goods will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once dispatched, please refer to our Returns policy.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable) Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
